I always wanted to do a progress pic of myself, but I have deleted all my old pics of full body or I am always hiding myself behind others people. So, my sister found this pic off me in a basketball game last year and called me to see “How I had changed”. I think is 20 lbs down, not sure. But this motivate me to keep going
